The exhibition Feuilles Volantes presents a decade of publishing works that cannot be considered as a “classical” commissioned work. These books have been published in special contexts, where the graphic designer is also either author or initiator. The graphic stance for the lay-out of each of these works is an untypical positioning and at the same time a hypothesis: Isn’t the graphic designer implicitly an author? 

The very different graphic design of these 30 books also confirms that the common thread is not actually the form but rather a form of curiosity induced by a professional field that is to be renewed day after day…. This urge for experimentation was propelled by her residency in graphic design in Chaumont between 2006 and 2009, entitled "Chaumont: fiction".
