"Born in Alsace, a region in eastern France, I grew up near the picturesque city of Colmar. After graduating from « Le Corbusier » secondary school in Strasbourg in the field of applied arts, I went to Lyon to study product design at the Pôle Supérieur La Martinière-Diderot. Afterwards, I attended university at Bachelor level for a short time to study history of art and, in the course of encounters, especially through work experiences, I realized the importance of craftsmanship in the creative process. I then started an art degree in cabinetmaking to acquire manual know-how that could be added to my theoretical knowledge.
I am now focusing on exploring matter and experimenting with it, on ecodesign as well as on local production and retail."
