  • Odalie

  • the 29.11.2024

Odalie is organic, textured electronic music, somewhere between electronica, modern classical and techno. Cello and modular synthesizer blend through textures and arpeggios: a musical landscape between the immense and the intimate, a live performance full of contrasts and raw emotions.

In 2024 Odalie released its first album on Mesh, Max Cooper's label, and opened for him twice at the Barbican in London, then played at Nuits sonores in Lyon.

Opening act: Anee Molly

Anee Molly, a French electronic artist based in Paris, navigates between the sound worlds of ambient and experimental music. Inspired by Japanese popular culture and imbued with nostalgia, she draws her ideas from childhood memories, particularly video games that have shaped her imagination.

A modular synthesizer is an instrument made up of independent modules, each dedicated to a specific function: oscillator (VCO), filter (VCF), amplifier (VCA), envelope generators, effects, mixer, etc. The selection and interconnection of the modules is entirely free, allowing creative and varied sound exploration.

The concerts will be preceded at 8pm by a new chapter of Signal Sonore, with an introduction to modular synthesizers by Jean-Michel Géridan, director of Le Signe.
